How do I add a printer?
Open this document for exact steps.
Or just go to http://iprint/ipp, find and click the printer you want to add, let it install!
How do I make a printer my default printer?
There are a few ways you can do this. Here is one way . . .

Go to Start, Settings, then double click Printers and Faxes.

This will open a Printer and Faxes window. Find the printer you would like to make your default printer in this list, right click it and select Set as Default Printer.
Then close out of the window.
The printer I want to print to is not the one that is selected when I try to print. What can I do?
Just because you can't see the printer you want to print to doesn't mean that it's not an option.

When printing your document, use the drop down menu to select other printers available for you to use.

What can I do when my printer won't print?
There are a few tricks you can try to fix this on your own.

First, check the printing queue. Sometimes print jobs get jammed. When one is jammed, nothing will print. Here's what to do:

Go to Start, Settings, then double click Printers and Faxes.
Find the printer you are trying to print to and double click that printer. Do you see any print jobs? You will need to delete the jobs to clear them out and resend your document. To delete the job, just select it and push Delete on your keyboard.
And just for good measure, you might want to turn the printer off, unplug all the plugs, count to 10, plug everything back in and try printing again.

Who do I contact for a new ink cartridge?
Email Elizabeth Tripses for a new ink cartridge. Be sure to tell he what kind of printer you have! And keep in mind if you are replacing a color cartridge, those come out of your building's budget. In that case, please have a budget code included in the email to Debi.
